This dispenser was designed to allow a fisherman to hold the dispenser while putting the line through the eyelet of the swivel. Then by pulling downward, it releases the swivel from the dispenser, allowing the next eyelet to be exposed for use. Works great for trout fishing, tournaments and derbys! Holds approximately 10 swivels. Dispenser is refillable.
